HNC's Latest Rehabilitation Project!
Historic New Carlisle, Inc. bought the building next door at 110 E. Michigan Street and is rehabbing it to bring it back closer to its original look. We hope to attract a new business for the space so we're not so lonely on this block. A loan from Indiana Landmarks was provided for the purchase and some of the rehab work. We are grateful to have some great volunteers to help us! The building is for sale for $135,000. Contact HNC for more info.

We uncovered some cool old advertising signage inside the building. It advertises The Elbel Bros. Music Store that was located in South Bend and sold pianos.
